Cocktails on the Cape

Cocktails on the Cape is usually held the second Monday of the Month at various bars/restaurants around town. Each venue sets their own maximum number

Greeter/check in: because the event is free, people sign up but don’t attend or attend without signing up. This has been causing problems with venues and members. We will need someone each month check in NRC members and direct them to the reserved tables are. (1)

Check-in: check in attendees and provide the meal preference token to the member. (2)

Prize shopping: purchase gifts for the raffle. (2)

Farmer's Market

Every Saturday an NRC tent is manned at the Cape Coral Farmer’s Market. The Publicity Chairperson is in charge of this, along with other festivals/events where the tent would advertise the NRC to new residents.

2 shifts of 2 people are needed to man the tent every Saturday, 9:00-11:00am and 11:00-1:00pm to answer questions and hand out brochures about the NRC.

The tent is set up and torn down by the Publicity Chair.

We have been assigning current groups to man the tent for a month each however we also could use additional volunteers to substitute or help set up/tear down.  (4 per week)
